  1. Good job this week. Really enjoyed it. You made mistakes, but you caught many of them, and the deck is quite forgiving when you aren’t facing much hate or permission. Your matchups were also very favorable and no one you played seemed to be prepared for a graveyard deck… but obviously thats really what this deck is hoping for!

  2. You pass priority way too much. You need to find all 4 burning trees and start ctrl+saccing them, it makes the whole thing much quicker.

  3. Any merit to cathedral sanctifiers (as the block version played) compared to the tusk/centaur combo in the sideboard? Is that much lifegain really needed vs. aggro decks?

    Also, previous versions have included the staticaster/peddler combo either main or in the board. It looks like the current combo finish is powerful enough to ignore that (if you get the engine running you basically win) but is a thrag + angel plan enough if you face stiff sb hate?

  4. Thank you for the feedback. Robin, I did try Sanctifiers in the board but I found them to be underwhelming. The three life and the 1/1 body just aren’t high impact enough against for agro to buy enough time. It usually only buys half a turn. And the sideboard plan is usually for decks which have a lot of permission and graveyard hate like UWR flash. And I have played the Peddler combo in Reanimator before and I didn’t like it that much, plus there really isn’t room in the deck now with all the combo pieces you need. And to Ark, holding control doesn’t make it go that much faster because you have to click and the mana symbol and then click ok to look at the cards you milled. And if you can go off with only one or two Burning Tree it’s better because there are less abilities to put on the stack once you bring back the angel.
