The Elf Clan Tribal Pack contains a total of 10 rares, 20 basic lands and 90 other Elf-related cards and creatures. Each pack contains no more than four of a card (except for the basic lands). The above deck list is guaranteed in each pack, as well as 60 additional elf cards!
How the Deck Works
Pulling inspiration from Legacy, Pauper, and formats past, the Elf Clan Tribal Pack deck assembles a large force of the forest’s legion quickly and then augments them with compounding +1/+1 effects or large +X/+X effects (and quite often trample). Once its army is ready, one or two turns of massive attacks will lend themselves to an enormous amount of damage!
In the first few turns, the Elf Clan summons a handful of druids to produce more mana. With a few extra mana, it starts using Bloodline Shaman, Fauna Shaman, Elvish Harbinger and Sylvan Messenger to assemble more random elves and a big hitter to send the opposition packing. If an obstacle comes between the Clan and victory, Sylvan Messengers, Elvish Promenades and Imperious Perfects can rebuild an army in no time!
