The mistake you made in match 2 last game, you spoke of Ray of Revelation though I thought that, considering his Marauders, the the Ancient Grudge was more likely. With that in mind, he was able to save himself because of precisely that grudge when you opted to play another Bonesplinter.
I’d've most likely gone for the Journey-play myself.
sparkcaster – Guess I’ll have to review that game!
I have a few issues with this list/deck. 4x anything (over 3cc is asking for trouble) especially at 4cc. Guardian is a fantastic card, but at most 3x. Also of note the sanctifiers – they’re also in the 4cc category, (if not, replace them cause at 3 mana for a 2/3 dork, they’re worthless) – so that’s SEVEN spells that cost 4, at that ratio…you will see one opening hand the vast majority of the time. Best ship the 3 Kor’s to sb – and lose a guardian (netting your four cards) – I think your mana is spot on…also try and revisit the syndicates – at four – again…your looking at one the first turn, and they’re only good after turn 4-5 – treat these as a 4 drop for maximum output. Suggest anything that costs 1cc in their spot – perhaps 4 war falcon and 2 javelineers?
I applaud your efforts/digital recordings…but the written word goes much further here imo than replays – probably a personal bias Keep it up!
deluxeicoff – Cool suggestions, thanks. You’ll notice that we’ve moved away from written content in general on this site. Check out my other columns for that!
