Enjoyable watch, though I think you underestimated Nacatl War-Pride as far as I can see it basically deals three damage to each untapped creature (able to block) your opponent controls as each token must be blocked by one (and only one) creature and deals three damage to your opponent (as there will always be one more nacatl than they have creatures) and a further three damage to your opponent for each tapped (unable to block) creature they control plus as all able to block creatures will be blocking your nacatl the rest of your team will be unblockable. While Nacatl War-Pride almost definitely won’t survive attacking I think it will do enough damage to your opponent/oppnent’s board to make it worth it. I could easily be missing something though as I don’t play much magic (but I do watch alot).
How you won anything with that deck is beyond me. Wurmcalling should have been the first pick there. No doubts. One bad pick after another.
@joffrey: commentors like you are insufferable. you’ve got the benefits of hindsight, Chris’ musings on potential picks, as well as simply being in the back seat under no pressure. constructive criticism is always welcome i’m sure, but comments like this are pointless and pretentious. give it up, man.

First I was really glad when you decided to pick War Pride, then you cut it
Of course, the card is hard to evaluate during draft if you don’t know it, but it’s not just good it’s probably one of greens best 3 non-rare cards in the block (next to trump and Sprout Swarm).
It’s not even wrong to consider your manabase but the power level on War-Pride is so high (if it survives one turn it often singlehandedly wins the game, dealing 3+(3*number of tapped opposing creatures) to your opponent and killing each untapped creature with less than 4 toughness. You win most games you untap with this in play. i guess I would have run a 9-8 split for red and the power lvl should be worth the hard casting costs and times it is a blank
