You draft much more on power level than color. That’s my style too.
Solebush1 is a good player. I liked the deck and draft.
When you passed two Titan Forges and a Vedalken Infuser, I hoped you made your neighbor happy, but he gave you a Lux Cannon, so probably he didn’t take them. On the other hand you could have picked up the Cannon, you had almost no removal.
Hehe, nice surprise cameo by me asking to join the clan.
Embarrassing example of my MTGO awfulness: I lost game 3 of a tight match because I completely forgot about Elspeth’s ultimate. It was my first time playing with her (or any planeswalker for that matter,) but that never would have happened if the card was in front of me on a real table…Ah, well
Good video, Marshall. Even though, as you noted, it was a bit clunky, yours was a good example of the sort of deck that can win through either infect or traditional damage routes.
I think I would have gone with Gut Shot or Necropouncer for p1p3 over Apostles Blessing; I definitely would have sucked up the Flameborn Viron over Due Respect. I like the green shift; 3rd pick Viridian Corrupter and 7th pick Fangren Marauder (especially) seem like late gifts!
In the end, the deck looks very interesting- will watch the games later!
Streaming speed for the videos is terrible recently. Is there something going on with the site? I’ve never had problems with streaming these vids before and I’m not noticing any problems with any other of my normal video streaming sites. Just letting you guys know
I haven’t had any problems with streaming speed lately. I’ll keep an eye out, though.
The streaming has slowed down for me too.
Streaming is really slow (unwatchable) for me as well. The speed hovers around 18 kB/s, with peaks around 25-30. It seems to be about 25% of the speed needed for smooth viewing. All other sites are working fine with downloads in the range of 300-500 kB/s.
The download speed of the mp4s are in the same range (~20 kB/s).
