It was interesting, thanks
Why no Elspeth ? I think she would be really strong as a one-off in the mainboard.
Also: Queue 2, Round 2: Lots of missplays by your opponent ? He could easily have attacked with his Mutavault 3 more times, resulting in 6 more damage aka your death.
At first, I thought he was keeping mana open, but that didn’t make sense because if he had kept mana open for Boros Charm or Skullcrack, he would have played those to kill you instead of doing nothing on your turn.
There was no reason not to attack with Mutavault at any of these 3 opportunities, it was especially obvious during the 2nd time, when he just attacked with his Soldier of the Pantheon.
What was he afraid of ? That your Yoked Ox might block his Mutavault instead of his 4/3 or that he might have to sac his Mutavault (while already flooded) instead of his 4/3 pro-multicolor ? That would have been better, not counting the 2 damage he missed out on each time.
Every time I play against this deck with elixir in it, that little potion does so much work. Arg. Hate that potion
Thanks for the feedback everyone. To Voidling, while Elspeth is a good card, I don’t think I want another six drop win condition that is very vulnerable and fairly easy to get rid off. The only decks it really shines against are creature decks, which I think are already good match ups. If I were to add another win condition, it would be another AEtherling. And about the Boros match up, I really don’t know what he was playing around. Mutavault is by far there best card against me and he probably could have stolen game 2 from me. And to Capsloq, I haven’t tried out Elixer yet but I do like that card a lot.
Thanx for the videos, it was very interesting. But the match against esper was awful. From both sides. After putting atherling on the bottom your only win condition became milling, and you should have 3-0 all of the jace abilities from like almost the beginning. And than when you revalated from 16 cards to 9 for no reason, and him not plusing Jace ever when you have no ways of removing him, just drawing cards for no reason, and than you letting him put them on the bottom, fail upon fail!
But it was fun.
