"As you all know, we are constantly evaluating our organized play options and periodically make adjustments based on the data we have collected. To reduce the number of events on the Weekly Event Schedule that do not fire due to lack of participation, we will replace large 'Top 8' style Premier Events that are normally scheduled Monday through Thursday with Daily Events. This change will start on May 31.
Premier Events will be scheduled on a rotation Friday through Sunday each week, though there will be occasional exceptions, such as Pro Tour Qualifier events, that may occur on a weekday. The complete Weekly Event Schedule can be found here."
