Major Changes to the Extended and Legacy Banned&Restricted List

Wizards of the Coast just announced major changes to the banned&restricted list for Extended and Legacy. Not only will several blocks rotate out for Extended but both Sword of the Meek and Hypergenesis are now banned! In addition to that Mystical Tutor is banned in Legacy and Illusionary Mask as well as Grim Monolith are unbanned. See the official announcement here.
