Renegade Doppelganger strong buy?

It seems that Renegade Doppelganger could soon become a chase rare. Devon O'Donnel build a very innovative UB Dredge deck that cheats Vengevines into play as early as turn two. The deck made the top 4 in the last TCGplayer 5K Standard tourney and seems to be very strong. Brian David Marshall wrecked havoc in the online queues with it! Check out the decklist here
