Wizard of the Coast announced that Vampire Nocturnus and Siege-Gang Commander will not appear in the upcoming core set M11. Aaron Forsythe mentions it in his newest article: "Baneslayer Angel is back, Vampire Nocturnus isn't. Lightning Bolt is back, Siege-Gang Commander isn't." Sad new for the friends of the mighty Vampire and the powerful Goblin.
