Black/Red "Mad Persecutor" Standard Decklist

Another interesting Standard decklist that utilizes the mighty Abyssal Persecutor and the "Crazy Sarkhan". This deck won a Nationals qualifier in Missouri a few days ago. This deck packs a powerful punch of all star creatures and a singles package of both Sarkhan the Mad and Liliana Vess.
