ahahaha that person laughing in the background of round 1 killed me. that was hilarious. gj tho, its a cool deck.
Person laughing in background is an obvious douche bag. Sure the guys deck wasn’t optimal but He did win game 2 pretty handily. Regardless laughing at any other player is poor sportsmanship. Not to mention doing it on a recorded medium.
You can pull out your hand and make it bigger, so it is easier to see what’s in hand. Like you do it with graveyards.
The laughing guy was hilarious.
I think he laughed due to your reaction seeing the Sage.
The Scapeshift deck is kinda meh.
I don’t like combo style decks without any deck manipulation whatsoever.
I really like the AN+SA built and would love to see more of it.
Seems like a pretty skill intensive+exciting deck to play and watch
Stick with standard. You can’t innovate or design your own decks Ship so you better stick to established formats.
Mark me down in the “guy laughing was a douche” column, and _ShipItHolla, you weren’t much better for failing to discourage it on your own video. For combo decks that have lots of shuffle effects and need nonspecific creatures in play to go off, the sage is solid option. It basically serves the Ponder role while providing a piece of the combo at the same time. It’s much better than the owls that cost twice as much, as it provides a good turn-one play.
When “good” players are openly scornful and disrespectful towards players they perceive to be bad, particularly because of a card choice they don’t understand, it says something far worse about the “good” player. I was glad he got his combo off in game two, and was seriously rooting for him to do it again in game three.
relic is your best sb card against pyro ascension
Relic is good against Pyromancer’s Ascension. Removing their graveyard makes it a lot harder to get Ascension active.
