  1. Urinal cakes.
    Salad bowls and hubcaps.
    Invoices.

    LMAO

    Plus an “Urotsukidoji” reference.

    Kudos, sir.

  2. Probably one of the best half hours I’ve spent all week. Don’t even think about skipping any of this vid. I think I teared up a bit as soon as you blew up Words of Wind.

RE: Clay Statue– I think those markings are a sternotomy scar.

  3. You once called Eternal Witness “Salad Lady” and I´ll guess we found our new “salad reference” which can combo up with her :D

    loved it.

  4. Sex Dwarf is one of my favs too- a look that says I’m ready, available, and I don’t really care.

For the next one plz plz do Goth Elves of Deep Shadow.

  5. Minker, you keep trying to impose your… lifestyle upon my videos, which will never, ever, ever go into comparative sensual appraisal of cards. You’re missing the point, my furry little man peach. Heh.

  6. ~ Goes into a corner and sobs with his Rebecca Guay Elf, Angel, and Faerie original prints~

  7. This series and the return of your commander series have been great additions to the regular MtGO Academy rotation. No other purveyor of MtGO content can come close the level sardonic and literary olde tyme goodeliness of your commentary style. Please keep up the good work!

  8. I’m sure Louie Anderson got quite the paycheck to pose for Fleshbag Marauder.

  9. Btw. Trav the Clay Statue is actually Dj Pauly D.
That’s why it’s got those weird packs.
I don’t have to tell you that this whole thing was pretty funny, especially the deadly book!

But ey don’t we get a Commander video this week because of this video?
Would be a quite unfair trade.

  10. I have to go back and rewatch these, as I am just ad-libbing through the entire video. Sadly, I have faith in my own grandiose, pithy cunning; so much so that I often just send the video and go back to eating popsicles and trying to teach my cats to use the toilet like in the movies.

I am glad this has a place in the abstract world of what we all love: Magic. Truly, if we cannot take a step back and laugh at it from as objective as a perspective as possible, we are worse for it. It’s moments like when my fiance sees me playing, frustrated, and cursing, and she asks, “What’s wrong?” And, without skipping a beat, I reply, “What’s wrong is this fricking Druid deck just stole all my **** and now I can’t play any of the gnomes in my hand!” It is then, and only then, I realize how absurd this all is.

  11. I have no idea what you mean, nathones. Nor do I have any control over the whining threshold of the “casual” masses. Wrong forum. Try again. Or, rather, not at all. I don’t play closed loop combos, or lockout decks. It is not my responsibility to imbue cowards with will power or common sense.

  12. I always thought Ramierez was standing in front of a shrubbery… I guess it never warranted closer inspection.

    Also… “pillarfield ox milk”? Ewww!
